Work withmanagement on corrective deviations and lead CPAR meetings and reporting. Ensure100% hygiene compliance for the entire unit. Preparationfor all external audits, including clients’. Ensurethat all training and verification of all production, receiving, dispatch,cleaning, dishroom and admin staff is done. Ensurethat the relevant Toolbox Talks are conducted Ensureeffective Customer complaint investigation and response. Deal withany quality, food safety and hygiene related non-conformances. Maintenanceof chemical and first aid stock. Monitoringof FIFO&FEFO practices and monitoring of expired stock. Overseeall quality checks (Supplier product analysis, fridge checks, specificationadherence checks, portion controls, traceability mock recall, etc.) Overseeall food safety and hygiene practices, as well as the efficiency thereofthrough micro sampling. Overseeall CCP and CP procedures and documentation as well as HACCP electronicprocesses and procedures. Ensure timeousQHSE & CSR as required. Monitorand maintain glass and foreign object control. Ensure compliance with customerspecifications, quality standards, HACCP principles, Occupational Health andSafety principles, Environmental and other regulations. Be prepared for any shift allocated to you that falls withinreason. Ensurethat company assets are correctly used and wastage is kept to a minimum.
Must have Production andProcessing k nowledge of raw materials,production processes and quality control Mustprepare audit reports for every external audits within 48 hours; and Mustactively participate in maintaining the ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 procedures. Ensure that Microswabbing and sampling is done Must be fully awareof Allergen identification Anyother reasonable task that may be required by management
