Senior Operations & Service Consultant opportunity on a fixed term contract.
As a Senior Operations & Service Consultant, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency within the Group’s IT platforms. This includes managing second-level IT support, solving complex permission issues, and enhancing user documentation. You'll play a crucial role in incident resolution and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, with relevant IT/Business qualifications.
- Strong IT Service Management (ITIL) knowledge and second-level support expertise.
- Experience in working with BI tools, databases, data flows, AWS, and coding languages such as Python.
- Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with mission-critical use cases.
- High customer orientation with strong communication skills across multiple support channels.
Key Responsibilities: - Resolve second-level incidents within the Self-Service Data Analytics Platform.
- Manage and execute service requests and operate platform-specific projects.
- Collaborate closely with business departments to own the customer experience.
- Maintain and enhance process documentation and user manuals.
- Coach and train colleagues and users as needed.
- Participate in on-call duty for high-priority support.
- Collaborate with 3rd level support, development, and SaaS vendor teams.
