As Key Account Manager Automotive D-A-CH (m/f/d), you will, in close cooperation with different internal departments such as product management, production, R&D, quality, purchasing and customer service, ensure the expansion and deepening of Arteco's client network in the region, continuously going the extra mile for customers old and new.
- Building strong customer relationships with automotive OEMs, key and global accounts, and aftermarket customers in the D-A-CH region
- Increasing sales with existing customers and developing new business
- Presenting the Arteco product range to new and existing customers, coordinating product approval programs in close collaboration with the technology team
- Working according to the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) method, ensuring compliance with IATF standards
- Contract negotiations with customer purchase departments
- Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
- Playing a key role in quarterly forecasting and yearly budgeting process
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business engineering or equivalent qualification, e.g. a technical apprenticeship (Ausbildung) with commercial understanding and further education
- Several years of B2B business development and key account management experience
- Commercial background with a comprehensive understanding of various customer aspects, such as pricing, product technology, logistics, and quality
- Solid understanding and existing network of the automotive industry (OEMs) within the D-A-CH region, experience with the automotive aftermarket and additional industries are welcome
- Good combination of technical expertise with focus on engineering and customer-focused communication skills
- German and English business fluent - spoken and written
