Are you a Learning & Development Administrator that is passionate about people and L&D? We are looking for you! We are on the search for an administrator (on a fixed term contract) who can provide strong support to the L&D team, strong on query resolution and strong on scheduling and coordinating bookings and courses.
What You Will Do
- Maintain an electronic (SharePoint) and a physical central L&D filing system.
- Manage L&D data on system and conduct monthly data integrity audits.
- Administer the part-time employee study assistance programme.
- Process purchase requisitions (PRs) for learning and development function and ensure timely payment of training vendors, bursaries, and employee claims.
- Coordinate the vacation work programme for external bursary holders by ensuring effective logistics planning and internal communication between bursary students and business units.
- Gather data and prepare information required for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate training events, including participant enrolment, vendor coordination, facilities, materials, and equipment.
- Consolidate level one course evaluations.
- Build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with L&D Specialists and the rest of the Human Resource team.
What You Will Need
- HR Diploma or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years HR / L&D Administration experience.
- Sound L&D processes and system experience.
- Good MS Office suite skills.
