Event and Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a skilled and creative Marketing Manager with a focus on events and communications.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our brand is consistently represented and effectively communicated through all events and brand campaigns. Your expertise will drive brand awareness, engagement and business growth.
- Organize and execute Schwan Cosmetics' key global events and tradeshows
- Implement booth concepts that enhance brand visibility and ensure impactful product presentation
- Ensure consistent representation of the Schwan Cosmetics brand at all events and tradeshows and create compelling narratives and brand stories that resonate with target audiences during events
- Coordinate with global exhibition and construction companies to deliver high quality event experiences on time
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all brand materials, from visuals to messaging, are on-brand and effectively communicated
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and Sales to curate the perfect product offerings for each event
- Ensure new products are available and aligned with event timelines, contributing to successful showcases
- Monitor brand performance at events and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty
- Completed business studies with a focus on marketing or communication or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in international event management
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel globally for trade shows and brand activation events
- A creative mindset with proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, partners and event organizers
