- Lead the Teamsport graphic design team, mentor team members and help the team grow
- Be a key partner in the development of the creative direction for Teamsport with focus on graphics and lead its implementation
- Execute graphic designs with both trend and strategical BU Teamsport and consumer relevance
- Successfully partner with other design teams to drive stories and product messages in alignment with Business Unit goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product Line Management, Brand Marketing, Development and Merchandising) in order to create the best possible end result
- Be an expert in graphics and act as a role-model by sharing expertise
- Solve problems and develop innovative solutions through product creation.
- At least 7 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in the fashion, sportswear or casual sports lifestyle industry
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to motivate and mentor others (at least 2 years of leadership experience)
- Proficiency and refinement in all stages of presentation, from concept to final design review
- Broad knowledge of all aspects of product development from positioning to prototype making through to manufacturing
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- A visionary & change mentality

- Bachelor's Degree in Design and/or another relevant field of study
- The position is a maternity cover and limited to 12 months.
