As Director Brand & Product Management More Nutrition (f/m/x) you lead the development and execution of brand /product categories strategy that is linked to the overall company strategy, brand budget setting and target achievement. You are accountable for brand/product category P&L and target delivery by ensuring effective brand portfolio, price pack architecture, promotion strategy, innovation pipeline.
- Develop and implement brand/ product category strategies to achieve company targets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Develop and execute the global portfolio strategy for specific product lines/categories aligning it with business objectives, market trends, and consumer insights
- Identify growth opportunities, analyze market dynamics, and recommend portfolio adjustments to drive market share and profitability
- Define and maintain pricing architecture, pricing and promotion guidelines for the brand/product lines to drive growth and margin
- Collaborate with product development teams to align new products with brand positioning and define go-to-market strategies
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
- Explore partnerships and collaborations to increase brand visibility and reach new audiences
- Lead and mentor marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8-10+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, including global development and local activation
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies driving growth
- Experience in product development, including consumer insights, concept creation, and go-to-market planning
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance metrics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for sports, fitness, and wellness preferred
- Fluency in English and German is required
