Due to business growth our Financial Services team seeks the support of an administration assistant.
You willprovide effective and efficient support to the team including accurate recording of information onto our systems, the sorting and filing of correspondence, assisting with the production of regular reports, arranging appointments with clients and managing team diaries and travel arrangements accordingly. You will ensure work is produced in a timely manner providing an accurate, trustworthy and quality service to the team and our clients. You will be a proactive team player helping to move the company forward through supporting innovation.
Do you have:
- GCSE or equivalent at grade A-C (9-4) in English and Maths?
- A qualification in financial services business administration or the commitment to undertake a relevant qualification?
- A strong sense of team, with a willingness to contribute to team objectives and to support others to achieve their targets and work commitments?
- A professional and committed work ethic with high personal standards?
Can you:
- Work accurately with high levels of care and attention to detail?
- Plan, manage and prioritise work tasks for yourself and also to organise others?
- Demonstrate a passion for outstanding customer service?
- Demonstrate an enthusiasm to learn and to contribute to the business success of the team with a genuine interest in working in an administrative position within a financial services team.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.
