Ford Fuels is a family run fuel, lubricant, and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers.
An opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service team at Membury depot.
You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 4 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate. Part-time pay and holiday will be calculated pro-rata.
About the role:- 24 Hours per week, Wednesday - Friday (8:00am - 17:00pm)
- Fully office based
- Answer the telephone to take fuel orders
- Inputting email orders
- Liaising with other departments
- Raise tickets for fuel orders
- Take payments over the phone
- Process group orders
- Transfer tickets to other depots
- Cover for raising repeat order tickets
- Covering other duties as and when required
About you:- Inbound telephone experience
- Customer service experience
- Excel competent
- Good administrative skills
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised
- IT literate
- Awareness of data protection principles
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to prioritise own workload
- Experience in a similar role
