Procure Recruitment Group are recruiting for a payroll coordinator on behalf of our global manufacturing client.
The purpose of the role is to support the Payroll Manager to provide a high level of service within the business and achieve an efficient and accurate service function within the finance department.
The main duties include:
- Responsible for payroll processing to ensure internal and external completeness, internal & external accuracy, and conformance with accounting guidelines and legislation on all routine tasks/financial system for all employees.
- Provide a payroll service which also incorporates casual workers.
- Provide a high level of service support internally and externally.
- Support with all internal and external audits.
- Support the Accounts Payable & Payroll Manager with additional ad-hoc duties.

- A self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic self-motivated attitude who can work well within a team.
- Trustworthy and confident, with ethical principles and the ability to demonstrate discretion as appropriate.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively; coupled with the eagerness and dedication to meet regular ongoing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to develop good working relationships with both internal and external points of contact.
- Analytical and accurate, with an eye for detail.
