MM Search are excited to bring to the market our requirement for a Client Engagement Manager to support the growth of our organisation, working alongside our Marketing Team and being the face of the business!
This a brilliant role, the centre of our business - meaning you will have engagement with all parts of our business, our clients, our events and generally everything that we do.
The responsibilities in our business would include the following:
- Identify opportunities through commercial news outlets and job boards and communicate these to consultants.
- Expertly targeting and contacting prospective clients with the goal to set up meetings.
- Assist Consultants and Managers with lead generation through Marketing support.
- Communicate with key decision makers of prospective clients through video messages, email and phone calls.
- Provide opportunities for consultants to win new business through organising meetings and client visits.
- Update the MM Search database with all newly contacted prospective clients and key decision makers.
- Proactively find new segments and targeting and work with the marketing team on creating highly targeted content.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the development of the social media profile of MM Search, with a primary focus on LinkedIn for its ability to reach key decision makers within target industries.
- Grow your own LinkedIn Network to promote the MM Search Brand and expose it to key decision makers from prospective clients.
- Create and share Dual Branding videos.
The role is fun, its fast and part of a terrific team. We are based in Blythswood Square in Glasgow but offer home working on a Friday. Working hours are 9am 5:30pm with flex required for occasional events. In addition to the Basic Salary there is an outstanding (and straightforward!) bonus scheme to reward and recognise great performance.
