Drainage CCTV Coordinator
Vector are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Drainage CCTV Coordinator to join our client, an innovative and fast-growing drainage contractor. In this critical role, you will analyse CCTV inspection footage to identify pipeline defects and prepare quotes for necessary repair works. Your expertise will be key in ensuring the highest standards of pipeline maintenance and repair.
Salary and Benefits: - Annual Salary: £31,200 per annum
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities: - Footage Analysis: Review CCTV inspection footage to identify pipeline defects and recommend appropriate repair works, maintaining detailed records of inspection outcomes and reports.
- Cost Estimation: Analyse specifications, drawings, and site conditions to prepare accurate cost estimates for remedial works, working closely with project teams.
- Project Adjustments: Adjust and refine estimates based on project requirement changes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Supplier Coordination: Request and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all estimating processes and documentation.
Candidate Requirements: - Experience: Previous experience creating reports and quotations from CCTV inspection footage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and site conditions.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs.
- Certifications: Pipe Sewer Condition Classification to MSCC5 (OS19X) would be advantageous.
