About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Channel Manager to take charge of our Leisure Channel within the Foodservice business on a national level. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for building distribution, expanding our range, and increasing the customer rate of sale across Cinemas, Day Attractions, Holiday Parks, Nightclubs, Restaurants, and Zoos.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Performance Management:Oversee the performance of the Leisure Channel, ensuring profitability and growth across all sectors.
- P&L Responsibility: Manage the profit and loss for the Leisure Channel, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Business Growth:Create and nurture key accounts while growing existing business relationships.
- Customer Retention:Ensure high retention rates of sites within customer groups by delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.
- Equipment Upgrades:Facilitate appropriate equipment upgrades to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- NPD Listings:Achieve new product development listings across your account portfolio.

- IT & Analytical Skills:Proficiency in IT and strong analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions.
What You Will Need:
- Sales Expertise:Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the UK Leisure Sector.
- Key Account Management:Experience in managing large key accounts and customer groups.
- KPI Management:Skilled in setting and measuring KPIs, with a proven track record of delivering against them.
- Business Development: Proven experience in winning new business and driving growth.
