We are currently recruiting for a Hire Desk Controller for our client based in Avonmouth.
You'd be working Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00 for a superb family business, that's expanding nationally, due to exceptional growth.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, passionate person, that has fantastic communication skills on various levels. Someone that thrives building rapports with new and existing customers, someone that will go above and beyond, to deliver excellent service from beginning to end.
You'll be working as part of a fantastic team, that will offer brilliant training on their CRM system and get you knowledgeable with the services they offer and their products.
As part of your role, you'll be dealing with new and existing clients to the business, dealing with enquirers and converting leads into hire business. Supplying quotes and deal with on-hires and arrange collections for off-hires. Speaking with the site foreman to ensure all orders are met, preparing and arranging the delivery paperwork, to ensure a smooth transition between the depot and the delivery point.
Ideally you'll have previous experience in a sales environment, be super organised and be able to work well within a team, as well as individually. Have the need to be driven by success, be self motivated and have the ability to work well under pressure, with great organisation and time management skills.
