Due to business growth our Financial Services team seeks the support of 2 Financial Services Assistants.
As the Financial Services Assistant you willprovide effective and efficient support to the Independent Financial Advisers. You willsupport byensuring compliance work is produced in a timely manner providing an accurate, trustworthy and quality service to our clients. You will be a proactive team player helping to move the company forward through business development and supporting innovation.
Do you have:
- GCSE or equivalent at grade A-C (9-4) in English and Maths?
- 1+ year experience working in a financial services or similar support role?
- Some experience working in a regulated environment with requirements to adhere to governance and statutory guidelines?
- Sound written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail?
- A professional and committed work ethic with high personal standards?
Can you:
- Work accurately with high levels of care and attention to detail?
- Manage your time and prioritise work effectively to manage your own work schedule and that of senior team memberswho have a demanding workload?
- Build positive relationships and demonstrate a passion for outstanding customer service?
If you answer yes to the above this may be the ideal job for you.
We are flexible on the number of hours you can workand would welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time and full-time hours, up to 37.5 hours per week. If wishing to work part-time the requirement is to work the back end of the week Wednesday Friday.
