A thriving technology company, boasting a unique and innovative product. With a focus on innovation and excellence, the company are currently on the lookout for a Marketing Executive who is fluent in Swedish and has excellent English language skills to join the existing Marketing Team.
Role Overview
The Swedish-speaking Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the Swedish market. This position requires a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and cultural nuances. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth in Sweden.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate and localise all aspects of the company website to Swedish language, including product descriptions, email marketing assets, video subtitles and voiceovers/voice recordings
- Resolve incoming inquiries from new and existing customers
- Liaise with our European Union order fulfilment partner to investigate any shipping problems or delays
- Work with the Marketing team colleagues to replicate and execute the companys successful digital marketing campaigns across the Swedish-speaking market and Nordics
- Research and develop influencer marketing, developing relationships with influencers in target industries
- Research and evaluate advertising and collaboration opportunities with industry publications, Facebook groups, online forums and communities
- Work with Marketing team colleagues to test and develop strategies and tactics to increase sales in new and existing channels
- Evaluate and report on website and market performance and results e.g. website traffic, advertising, sales
- Evaluate and organise for attendance of key industry events in Nordic countries
- Align with and promote the company brand identity
- Monitor key product stock levels
- Observe and report on buyer behaviour, feedback and questions
- Monitor and process customers product returns
Essential Skills/Experience:
- You must be fluent in Swedish with excellent English language skills
- Minimum of 2 years eCommerce or digital marketing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable (but not essential) Skills/Experience:
- Fluency in other Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Icelandic) would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience with Shopify platform
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with Facebook advertising
- Knowledge of SEO and PPC best practices
