* Registered and Licensed Dietitian with a Bachelor’s degree.
* Master’s degree preferred.
* Must possess a current food service sanitation license or be willing to complete the course.

*Job Description*
* Assumes responsibility for the overall education and nutrition plan for outpatients and inpatients.
* Gathers and applies nutritional data on patients.
* Works with the medical staff to determine required diet and patient education needs.
* Provides nutrition education to patients, families, and personnel.
* Documents in the patients’ medical records as necessary.
* Participates in the Quality Assurance Program.
