About us

We are a professional, agile Property Investment & Management company based in Manchester, UK.

Our UK Property Management company is looking for an experienced remote administrator to join our Property Management team and assist with the administrative aspects of the business.

Duties include:

Managing general admin tasks, including tenants and contractor enquiries
Overseeing maintenance jobs and monitoring progress
Reviewing contractor invoices and approving them for the accounts team

Skills/Experience:

Experience:

Previous office/admin experience essential
Previous Property Management experience an advantage

Skills:

Personable, approachable and reliable
Solution-oriented with a keen eye for detail
Highly organised and able to prioritise under pressure
Self-motivated with strong writing and phone skills
Basic IT proficiency and ability to learn new software
