Role Overview:

Based at our brand Flexeserve, at the Hinckley site in Leicestershire, you will play a pivotal role in the Operations department and be an integral part of a dynamic team that value teamwork and supports each other towards a common goal. Here you will be our go to person for focusing on electrical systems and utilising your knowledge and ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently to minimise downtime.

Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Repair or replace faulty electrical components, such as wiring, switches, circuit breakers, and motors.
Perform routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential hazards or deficiencies and address them promptly.
Install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems and equipment as needed to meet operational requirements.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment documentation.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to coordinate repairs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical maintenance.

Proven experience in an electrical maintenance position.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively in a cross functional team
Apprentice Trained or equivalent in an engineering related discipline
Strong desire to improve site efficiency
