**Responsibilities:**

- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

- Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.

- Handle tenant inquiries, agreements, and rental payments with professionalism and efficiency.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors to ensure client satisfaction.

- Oversee property marketing and tenant screening processes to secure quality tenants.

- Create and maintain listings of available properties

- Management of property maintenance with landlords, tenants and contractors

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in property management; student lets would be preferential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of property management software and relevant regulations.

- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary: £24,000-£28,000 dependent on experience

Hours: 10:00-18.00 weekdays / 10.00-16.00 Saturday
