Speedy Street Solutions Ltd are looking for a Full Time Customer Sales Advisor.

Predominantly, you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries (both on the phone and on email), establishing their requirements and matching with our products.

The right candidate:

will be able to communicate well with customers and suppliers on the phone and via email

have excellent attention to detail

can establish good relationships

work well in a small team

will have some experience in an office

The Role:

Make supplier calls to obtain prices

Source products

Send quotes to customers

Place orders with suppliers

Chase orders to ensure that delivery targets are met

Update company promotions and advertising on social media

Assist with marketing campaigns, customer mail outs
