Job Title: Frameworks Manager

Location: Hybrid, Altham based with travel

Salary: £75k depending on experience, Company Car/Car allowance and benefits

An exciting opportunity for a Frameworks Manger to join our senior management team based out of our Altham depot. Youll be responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects for our biggest clients in the water industry (Untied Utilities & Costain). Managing the day-to-day running of the framework, including submitting required client and internal reporting / monitoring requirements as well as the active business development of opportunities from theframeworks. Youll be the go-to contact for clients and responsible for business growth in the Northwest region.

Whats the role:

Lead the delivery of secured works and growth of Northwest Frameworks for United Utilities and Costain, reporting directly to the Operations Director.
Oversee project management, commercial aspects, design, engineering, and operations to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships with senior managers and delivering excellent service to exceed key performance indicators.
Drive business growth by understanding client needs, identifying new opportunities, and expanding workload within existing frameworks.
Ensure compliance with internal governance, processes, and CDM regulations while proactively managing health and safety.
Manage profit and loss, forecasting, resourcing, KPI reporting, and overall program management for the Altham business unit.
Lead client framework meetings, compile management reports, and oversee career development opportunities for team members.

What you will need:

HNC or HND in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
Hold appropriate qualifications in Project / Business Management and be able to display a sound understanding of relevant Legislation, CDM Regulations & duties, Programme, and NEC Contracts.
Have management experience and appropriate experience and a technical understanding of the M&E requirements in the Water Industry.
Be well organised, have excellent customer skills and be IT literate in MS Office packages including MS Project
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Require a full driving license and there will be an element of working away with the role as and when required.
