Signature Bristol are searching for an Estimator. This role is to be part of a construction and property business based in Swindon.

About the company :
The company is a renowned family owned Construction and Property business that values Environment and Sustainability as well as team work and career growth for their employees. They take on projects up to £30M within the Residential, Cultural, Commercial, Education, Leisure and Healthcare sectors.They are seeking an experienced Estimator open to different industries to join their team in Wiltshire. The ideal candidate will accurately calculate project costs and prepare detailed bids for construction projects.

Key details:

Salary: £30,000 £65,000 based on experience
Location: Swindon
Working hours: Monday Friday, fully office based.

Estimator Responsibilities:

Analyse drawings, specifications, and proposals

Estimate labor, material, and equipment costs

Prepare and submit comprehensive bids

Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors

Stay updated on local building codes and regulations

Estimator requirements:

Previous estimation experience

Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Excellent communication abilities at all levels

Willingness to be part of a business where team work is primordial
