The result is that we are looking for Real Estate Agents with experience to fill several Real Estate Agent positions that our two Franchises on the West Coast have to offer.

These positions include Office Administration, Office Management, Agricultural & Commercial Agents.

Responsibilities

Daily Cold Calling
Valuating Property
Listing New Property
Advertising and marketing the property
Finding and reaching out to new prospective clients
Staging and showing property to prospective clients
Negotiating a deal for the sale of the property
All other activities related to a successful sale

Qualifications

At least 2-4 years of property related experience
FFC
NQF4 & PDE4
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial

The ideal candidate will be an expert in everything real estate or open to learning to become an expert in the various areas we operate in. Tech savvy is a must, as the future of property involves a good understanding and use of various data systems.
