Pillbox Chemists Ltd, a family owned community pharmacy group with 25 branches based across the South East of England is now looking for a Nurse Practitioner to develop and build their NHS & Private Health Care Services in their pharmacies.

_*Our ambition is to offer Healthcare Clinical services with easy excess in our pharmacies offering GP Walk-In Clinics, Cardiology Checks, Complete Health Checks, Phlebotomy Services, Blood Testing, Allergy Testing, Vaccinations & Aesthetics .*_ We are working closely in partnership with a of GP's and Cardiologists to launch Clinics in a selection of our pharmacies and the successful candidate would be closely involved in developing and launching these services. Patients can enjoy reduced waiting times compared to the NHS and have tests done quickly with better health outcomes.

We are looking for a Qualified Nurse with at least 3 years post qualification experience in primary care and private sectors. You should feel comfortable working on your own and also leading your own clinics but also have the ability to work as part of a team. The role will also involve training and coaching Pharmacists and their teams in our pharmacies. _*You will be West London based and covering our Pharmacy Clinics in West & Central London, Hampshire & Surrey.*_

*Key Responsibilities*
* Plan, Design and Deliver key Health Care Services like Health Checks, Phlebotomy, Blood Testing, Vaccination Programmes, & Aesthetics etc in our designated Clinics.
* Deliver Health Care Services under established Patient Group Directions (PGD's)
* Coach and Train Pharmacists and teams in our pharmacies with basic health care techniques
* Develop long-term relationships with all Healthcare personal including GP surgeries, Practice Nurses and Care Homes & Promote our Services
* Arrange meetings with Healthcare Professionals to explore how we can grow our business and increase market share in each locality and work closely in partnership with them to reduce the work load on GP's and avoid long waiting times in the NHS.
* Identifies Clinical Opportunities to grow business with existing customers base development Plan
* West London, Hampshire & Surrey based

*Required Skills*
* A real interest in Healthcare with a focus on Clinical Services, Health Screening including taking bloods, Vaccinations & Complete Health Checks.
* A passion to provide " _a gold standard service_"
* RGN Qualified
* Valid DBS certificate dated within the last 12 months
* Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
* Experience in immunisation techniques for adults and children
* Experience of taking patient history, working with Patient Group Directives and developing relevant care plans
* Experience in health promotion activity
* Experience in giving Travel Vaccines - desirable
* Confidence to network externally in order to drive our business
* Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
* A team player with a ‘_hands on’_ approach and good interpersonal skills

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Clinical Director the right candidate must be self motivated and versatile and have a passion for clinical Services and improving the well being of people.

*2 weeks Induction Training* will be provided to ensure the candidate has adequate general and technical knowledge about the Business and the UK pharmacy/healthcare market when starting this position.

The position is primarily West London based also covering Surrey and Hampshire, with at least 1 day each week spent at our Head Office in Colnbrook. You will be expected to use your own car with full expenses paid for mileage etc. and a travel allowance

Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience with a potential to earn upto 25% of your base salary in Bonus Payments for achieving key KPI's. All expenses paid.
