As a Lead Engineer III , you will be responsible for driving systems engineering and solution design across the organization's entire technology stack, from back-end to front-end. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver customer value while ensuring that architectural governance and processes are followed. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, software engineers, and centres of excellence to refine and research solutions. You will also be responsible for shaping the technical landscape of the organisation by continuously enhancing and optimising the bank's operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Design and implement scalable systems and architectures across the technology stack.
Ensure adherence to architectural standards and governance processes within the team.
Collaborate with product owners, software engineers, and other stakeholders to refine, research, and deliver optimal solutions.
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the bank’s technical environment and solutions.
Act as a key interface between engineering teams and other parts of the organization, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure best practices in solution design, implementation, and security are maintained.

Key Requirements:

Proven track record of successfully delivering solutions in leadership roles within the software industry.
Deep understanding of internet technologies and security principles.
Extensive experience with software development processes, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in the industry.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and departments.
Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and interfacing with stakeholders from various areas of expertise.
