We are looking for Debt Review Consultants that are people centric, passionate and positive.

We offer a basic salary package with an UNCAPPED COMMISSION structure + Weekly Incentives + a lucrative sign on bonus.

Requirements:

A minimum of 6-12 months Call Center sales experience with outbound cold calling (Preferred)
Debt review experience (Advantageous)
Motivated, enthusiastic and financially driven
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate (Advantageous)

Responsibilities:

Ensure a high quality, effective and professional experience is provided to every customer.
Maintain high ethical standards in all daily activities.
Understand all products and services available to the customer.
Understand and know how to work with a variety of customer demographics and profiles.
Foster open communication through active listening.
Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively.
Respect other employees.
