MSA Outsourcing Solutions is looking for a Junior Credit Controller to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to manage and support the credit control process for our clients, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans, ensuring debt recovery while maintaining positive tenant relationships.
Ensure timely and effective collection of outstanding debts through consistent follow-ups via email & phone calls.
Monitor aged debts and produce regular reports on debtor status and recovery performance for management review.
Act against delinquent accounts where necessary, liaising with legal professionals as required.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, reports on credit status, collection performance, & outstanding balances.
Ensure customer accounts are updated regularly to reflect payments, credit notes, and adjustments.
Work closely with internal teams such as Accounts Receivable, and Property Managers to resolve account disputes and discrepancies.
Conduct credit reviews and produce analysis to identify trends in customer payment behaviors.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role.
Experience in property management, finance, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of credit management, collections processes, and debt recovery.
Familiarity with financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
