We are seeking an experienced, hard-working, ambitious, and hungry Recruitment Team Lead to join us and help lead us on our journey to be the best remote recruitment service in the world. This role combines hands-on recruitment with leadership responsibilities.

You’ll spend 70% of your time on active recruitment and 30% on the leadership and development of our small but mighty team of Recruitment Partners and Sourcing Specialists.

What you’ll be up to…

Lead and Inspire: Guide our awesome team of recruiters, creating an environment where everyone feels supported, motivated, and ready to bring their A-game every day.
Quality and continuous improvement: Review team deliverables like client calls, candidate interviews, and communications. Offer regular feedback and coaching to help everyone grow and improve.
Data-Driven Decisions: Dive into the numbers to spot opportunities for improvement and growth.
Reporting: Create clear, straightforward reports that help us keep track of the business and make smart decisions.
Own Our Tools: Take charge of managing our systems and suppliers.
Find the Best Talent - Quickly and efficiently recruit top-notch candidates for a variety of roles.
Be the Client's Go-To - Lead client interactions from start to finish, ensuring they have a fantastic experience every step of the way.
Conduct Engaging Interviews - Dive deep in high-touch interviews to uncover why candidates would be a great fit for our clients.
Create Strong Shortlists - Build solid shortlists of highly qualified candidates that wow our clients.
Build Great Relationships - Build trust with business owners to understand their needs and help them hire great team members.
Collaborate and support - We’re a team, we help each other every day.

No sales required! Our Recruitment team focuses on doing what they do best - recruiting.

This is a full-time role, with core hours from Monday to Friday, working 8 hours a day between 8AM and 5PM CET. Occasionally, you’ll need to work into the early evening to support our clients in the US.

Requirements

Proven Recruitment Experience: At least 7 years of solid agency recruitment experience.
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years leading a recruitment team in an agency setting.
Scalable: Hands-on experience in helping a recruitment function grow.
Client Relationship Management: Strong experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Commercial Acumen: Strong business understanding.
Tech-Savvy: Experience using recruitment ATS.
Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
