Role Specification:

Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times.
Assist in delivering all aspects of our food and beverage service to guests across all hotel and spa areas, mainly based in our awarding winning Ballroom.
Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
To be able to run a section in Ballroom and any other restaurant across the business at any given dining time, including Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Lunch and Dinner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables
Set up for any event or function in line with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure all setup procedures are followed accurately.
Ensure compliance with all closedown and setup procedures for functions, including equipment setup, table arrangements, and dining area organisation.
Handle guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest.
Maintain compliance with applicable health and safety standards, dress code, and other serving standards.
Undertake new or refresher training sessions as required.

Essentials

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A passion for food, service, and guest experience.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Desirables

Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is an advantage but not required.
Experience with large volume covers.
Food Safety Training.

Shift Pattern:

Part-time, and Full-time opportunities available.
Must be able to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week.
Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
