ekhos | echoes agency is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in delivering impact-driven wellness strategy solutions for clients in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. Our clientele includes fitness studios, media companies, activewear brands, and fitness equipment manufacturers.

We are looking for an omni channel Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of ekhos agency, you will be deeply involved in all paid marketing initiatives, including the management and execution of our paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, META Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will collaborate closely with our creative and brand marketing teams, sharing performance insights and working together on campaign assets. We’re seeking an enthusiastic Media Buyer who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' businesses.

Job Location and Time Zone:

Hybrid Role (Cape Town)
Must be willing to work some USA hours, bonus pay if willing to work 9am-5pm EST.

Job Description

Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google from start to finish, including strategy for targeting, bidding, budget management, and creating content and assets.
Use multi-touch attribution analytics to fine-tune campaign performance.
Apply a strong grasp of A/B testing for new ads, landing pages, or copy to gather meaningful data.
Collaborate closely with the creative team, using insights from campaigns to improve future ideas.
Review and report on campaign performance, focusing on key metrics for internal teams.
Craft concise ad messages for paid media campaigns.
Handle projects efficiently, keeping priorities, deadlines, and deliverables on track.
Attend client and team meetings.
Support additional marketing projects as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

A Degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing Communications, or something similar.
Minimum of 3 years agency experience in digital marketing, media buying, and ad trafficking, with a proven track record of building high-converting funnels and delivering measurable results.
Ability to set up standard & custom pixel events and conversion tracking.
Experience in managing budgets and how to allocate them effectively.

Advantageous:

Proficient in Google Suite products.
Skilled in Google Analytics.
Experience in SEO.
