You will work within a dynamic team, using data-driven insights to optimise website performance and conversion rates across various digital channels. Familiarity with project management methodologies is key, as is a keen eye for user-centred design. We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented CRO/UX Specialist who is passionate about creating outstanding user experiences.

You can be based in our office in the beautiful city of Lichfield or work remotely and come into the office at least twice a month to meet with the entire team and wider business.

Responsibilities:

Lead and implement CRO strategies using ClickThroughs Data-led Design approach for a diverse range of clients
Engaging with clients on their strategy, delivery of work and helping drive their growth through strong communication and presentation skills
Conduct user testing and analytics to identify opportunities for optimising user journeys.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data-backed design solutions that drive growth.
Manage projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive exceptional service, this is a fast paced deadline driven environment
