Coordination of training, audit and consulting preparation and delivery to customers
Manage the freelancer pool to ensure skilled professionals are available for delivering training, audits and consulting activities on behalf of AQS
Training, audit and consulting material content development and updates
Content Repository Management
Quality Control of delivered services
Project Follow-Up

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Education, or a related field
A Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred
5-8 years of experience working on the implementation of aviation related management systems in aviation organizations and management of European regulations
Demonstrated experience within the consultancy or professional services industry is preferred
Working experience as instructor/ trainer in airline operational areas is preferred
Very good English skills: German skills is preferred but not mandatory; additional languages are advantageous
