The Person:

Flexible and reliable and happy to travel to other offices within the company (car owner driver)

The Role:

Working within a dedicated, friendly, and motivated team
Organise training and events within the public and commercial sectors
A friendly, empathetic and professional manner
Superb communication skills (written & verbal)
Handle client enquires in person and via email
Dealing with company referrals, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Liaising with the Rota Manager to ensure cover is in place
Organising team meetings
Handle staff reviews
Ensure all team reports are accurate, on time, and updated on in-house systems
Handle all aspects of administration within the team

Hours: 9 am 5.30 pm Monday Friday
Training will be provided within a variety of sectors
