We are now looking for a Pathway Navigator to join our team on a full-time basis for a one year fixed term contract.

The Role
As a Pathway Navigator, you will mentor and offer career advice to refugees and migrants to enable them to secure jobs and training opportunities.
Providing one-to-one sessions and employability workshops, you will offer personalised mentoring sessions, offering tailored advice, encouragement and feedback to help clients identify and build upon their strengths.
You will also support clients in improving their English language skills by attending ESOL classes with them and providing further practice in real-world situations.
A key part of your role will also involve facilitating integration by guiding clients to participate in community events and offering post-employment support for up to three months after they secure work.
Additionally, you will:
- Attend job fairs and ACH events, actively seeking opportunities for clients
- Complete enrolment sign-ups and handle administrative tasks
About You
To be considered as a Pathway Navigator, you will need:
- Experience offering mentoring, advice and guidance to service users
- Experience working with refugees, migrants and asylum seekers
- Knowledge of Information Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) guidelines and framework
- The ability to use CRM systems
- To be at least Level 2 qualified in English Language
Due to the nature of this post, an enhanced DBS check will be undertaken for successful
applicants, but only with their prior consent. Applicants need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
