We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Semi / Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate with be studying towards their ACA/ACCA qualification and/or AAT qualified with previous experience working within a UK practice environment.

Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities:

Planning and delivery of accounts assignments, to include business support work such as management accounts and VAT returns.
Calculating and advising on corporate and personal taxation.
Be actively involved with the growth of the practice.
Regular contact with clients in relation to their business needs and maintaining these relationships to identify further client service opportunities.

Key Skills required:

Experience in preparation of year-end accounts for a range of clients across different sectors
Exposure to cloud-based software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks
Familiarity in preparing both personal tax and corporation tax returns
Good standards of written and verbal communication
Great attention to detail
