Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a *Psychologist *to join a *complex care *setting, supporting adults with *learning disabilities/autism/personality disorders* in Lincolnshire.
*Role snapshot:*
The candidate appointed will assess referrals. undertake psychological *assessments* and deliver specialist direct and indirect *interventions *with service users.
You will formulate and implement specialist psychological treatment plans, and deliver current evidence based best practice.
You will manage a caseload, support with *care planning*, and you will maintain high standards of Psychological Care in line with the HCPC Code of Conduct, and company policies.
*Contract type* – permanent
*Hours* – full time preferred, part-time may be considered
*Salary* - up to £58,000 FTE
*Experience required:*
Psychologists applying will have *HCPC* registration as a *Psychologist *along with experience applying Psychological knowledge in a clinical setting, working with *cognitive *deficits, and an understanding of *evidence-based* psychological practice.
