Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies
Set annual targets and track performance
Ensure consistent, accurate, and professional communication with all key audiences
Review and update strategy action plans regularly

Digital Marketing and Branding:

Create and implement social media content and strategies
Analyze digital content performance and identify key metrics
Develop and execute market research initiatives
Identify and leverage influencer partnerships
Advise on marketing and advertising requirements
Design and manage marketing materials
Develop and market new projects
Manage brand partnerships

Website Management:

Maintain and update the organization's website
Handle copywriting and editing tasks
Implement and manage CRM database software

Donor Relations and Fundraising:

Attract and retain donors for long-term sustainability
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, affiliates, donors, and stakeholders
Develop and execute strategies to expand the donor base
Prepare reports and statistics on projects

Budget Management:

Oversee and manage marketing and donor relations budgets

Requirements

Methodical, accurate, and have meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
Proactive and driven
