Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Admin Clerk to support their store operations. This vital role ensures effective management of inventory, purchase orders, and stock control while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Goods Receiving: Oversee the receipt of goods, verifying accuracy and quality against purchase orders.
Manufacturing on Sage Evolution: Record, track, and manage inventory and manufacturing processes using Sage Evolution software.
Purchase Orders: Review, verify, and sign off purchase orders to ensure compliance with received stock.
Stock Dispatch & Picking Slips: Prepare dispatch documentation and picking slips to facilitate accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Stock Taking & Control: Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and implement effective stock control measures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a similar role or in inventory/stock management.
Proficiency in Sage Evolution or equivalent inventory management software.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform efficiently under pressure.
