The position is based in Cologne, Germany and you will report to the Head of Brand Management and closely collaborate with the Ramazzotti Junior Brand Manager, the marketing and commercial team and international the brand team, acting as a true team player.
The Senior Brand Manager will exhibit a general manager mindset and will be responsible for leading key projects that will aim to achieve two critical goals: build brand equity and drive brand performance through long-term profitable growth.
The contract will be limited to 24 months.
Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d) Ramazzotti & Italicus
- You own the brand management for Ramazzotti and Italicus
- You lead and develop the annual brand strategy and roadmap, focusing on key portfolio initiatives
- You manage the brand P&L and Advertising and Promotion budget, ensuring adherence to clear KPIs
- You are responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating breakthrough brand content and activities for the German market, including media campaigns, experiences, and partnerships
- You analyze category opportunities and identify key consumer targets and innovation prospects
- You fuel the innovation pipeline for Ramazzotti and lead the execution of product launches and relaunches in the German market, managing business cases, pricing, article creation, and coordination with logistics, finance, and sales
- You lead and manage agencies, external partners, and cross-functional teams, coordinating projects with all relevant stakeholders
- You leverage your presentation and storytelling skills, passion, and energy to champion the brand internally through management presentations and sales meetings, and externally at PR events
- You lead the analysis and reporting of consumer, market, and competitor trends to identify key business issues and opportunities
- You bring 3–4+ years of business experience in brand management, product management, or marketing within the FMCG industry
- You hold a university degree in economics with a focus on marketing or brand management, or a similar apprenticeship
- You are a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- You collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm
- You possess strong executive and cross-functional communication skills, excelling in writing strategic and selling decks, as well as delivering compelling presentations
- You have solid experience developing brand strategies grounded in insights and analytics
- You bring previous experience in innovation work and successfully launching new products from start to finish
- You manage financials and business performance, including budget management
- You demonstrate results-orientation and the ability to operate with agility
- You have strong conceptual skills, a creative mindset, and a keen eye for detail
- You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English
