General Foreman
We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Foreman to oversee the daily operations of two building sites in Cape Town. If you have a proven track record in construction site management and are ready to take on a leadership role, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
Manage site staff, subcontractors, and trades to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
Monitor progress to meet project timelines and budgets.
Maintain quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Report regularly to the Construction Manager on site progress.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Foreman on building projects.
Solid understanding of construction processes and building regulations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
