Key Requirements:
- Nursing diploma or degree with post basic Operating Theatre diploma
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Operating Theatre is essential.
- Proven experience in quality improvement processes, including identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
- Experience in basic ward administration and managing workflow efficiently in a clinical setting.
- Strong ability to influence, motivate, and lead a team, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes high standards of care.
