Our client, a leading player in the mining sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commodity Superintendent to join their team in the Northern Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong operational and supply chain management expertise, particularly in the commodity sector.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 5-7 years of supervisory experience in an operational environment, ideally within the mining or heavy industrial sector
- In-depth knowledge of commodity management and procurement processes
- Strong understanding of inventory control and supply chain optimization
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- Valid driver's license (Code 8 or higher)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
