Key Responsibilities: Production Management Supervise daily meat production operations, ensuring workflows align with schedules and targets. Optimize production processes to meet quality and quantity goals. Collaborate with departments such as logistics, maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations. Quality Assurance & Compliance Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP). Monitor raw materials and production processes to guarantee high-quality outputs. Team Leadership Lead, train, and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence. Allocate tasks effectively and provide feedback to drive performance. Promote a safe and cooperative workplace culture focused on continuous improvement. Health & Safety Enforce workplace safety standards to reduce risks and ensure compliance. Provide training on proper handling and processing of meat products. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including yields, downtime, and waste. Prepare performance reports and communicate insights to senior management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in meat processing or a related food production field. Skills & Competencies In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Technical Proficiency Familiarity with meat processing equipment and systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software tools.
