Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer quotations based on standard templates and technical/price information received from the relevant specialists.
- Maintain the quotation and sales databases with up-to-date status information on all quotations.
- Monitor the central sales mailbox, customer procurement platforms (example Ariba and Coupa) and public procurement portals to ensure that all requests are captured and updated. Register and maintain Innomotics vendor data on all relevant platforms.
- Control and coordinate the quotation process for customer quotations. Set up and participate in quoting progress meetings and chair weekly quotation status meetings.
- Track the progress of quotations and quotation deadlines and update all involved parties.
- Communicate with customer procurement departments during tender preparation and submission.
- Maintain up-to-date quotation document folders with version tracking of customer submissions.
- Ensure compliance with Innomotics quotation governance process, including registration of decision escalations to HQ.
