- Provide Legal Services to the company and group companies in SSA
- Provide assistance and advise in the drafting of contracts
- Perform company secretarial duties and ensure that all statutory requirements are complied with
- Draft company resolutions when required
- Provide guidance on the submission of tenders to avoid conflict of interest situations
- Liaise with the company's external lawyers where necessary
- Provide guidance regarding legislation affecting the company
- Review current contracts and amend where necessary
- Be the lead and ensure compliance with the POPI Act as information officer
- Ensure compliance with KSB Group policies
- Provide compliance and contract training to employees
- Comply with and enforce all KSB Pumps & Valves (Pty) Ltd policies and procedures, as well as carry your duties in a manner which conforms to current Health and Safety legislation, upholding KSB Pumps and Valves (Pty) Ltd Health and Safety Policy
- Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time
- Assist fellow employees with daily functions as and when required
