We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our client's dynamic team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing success for their consumer goods products by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data, identifying market trends and opportunities, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources, including market research reports, customer surveys, sales data, website analytics, and social media platforms relevant to our client's industry.
- Develop and maintain marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing campaign success and overall marketing effectiveness for our client.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential threats and opportunities within the consumer goods market specific to our client's products.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness for our client.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for the client's marketing team and senior management, informing strategic decision-making.
- Communicate complex marketing data and findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner through presentations and reports for stakeholders at all levels within our client's organization.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and industry best practices relevant to the consumer goods market.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, marketing dashboards).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, particularly in Consumer Products Manufacturing, a plus.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms.
