OVERVIEW
FTC 6-month, full-time, hybrid.
As a Motion Graphics Designer for StoneX, you'll create animated visual concepts, branding, logos, digital advertising, and others as directed by the Creative Director. This role requires a confident Motion Graphics Designer who is able to combine creativity and motion graphics design expertise to deliver engaging design work.
You’ll play a key role in delivering exciting, high-profile projects. Working closely with the Senior Designers, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all work is on brief, maintains the brand image, and is executed within the timelines. You will become an integral part of the in-house design team and help the Creative Director build a working relationship with all stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a hands-on motion graphics designer, responsible for brand development and creative concepts for campaigns/promotions, across the business, as requested by internal stakeholders. This may include working across various verticals or disciplines.
- Creating animated concepts and visual identities for campaigns/promotions, as directed by the Creative Director. This may include occasionally working across other brands or disciplines.
- Assist the Creative Director in building and maintaining high-level working relationships and services.
- Work on Digital Advertising Display platforms, creating Social Media graphics and concepts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience of 4 to 12 years.
- Degree/Diploma in design or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Advanced user of Adobe CS software on Mac platform, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A strong portfolio showing a thorough understanding and experience in online digital graphics design.
- Ability to design unique and refined promotional visuals.
- Excellent typographic skills.
- Ability and willingness to follow creative direction but also interpret briefs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within established processes.
- Experience of working within strong Brand guidelines and being a brand guardian.
- Highly organised and process-driven candidate.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with an adaptable and positive attitude.
Desirable
- Use of digital advertising platforms including banner-wise.
- Website UI design experience.
