We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our client in Somerset West.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing 5-star customer service to clients and visitors.
- Greeting guests and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Ensuring the centre is "show ready" at all times.
- Assisting with move-ins, onboarding, and daily operations.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth departures.
- Keeping accounts receivable up to date and supporting client events.
- Handling various tasks such as light cleaning, mail delivery, package handling, meeting room setup, and administrative support.
- Travelling between the Somerset and Stellenbosch branches whenever assistance is required.
Requirements:
- Driver's license and own transport (required).
- 2-3 years of Front of House experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service, operations, and sales experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive, customer-first attitude.
- Matric.
