JOB TITLE: General & Administrative Expenses and PRCC Controller

REPORTS TO: Head of Aftersales Controller/ G&A
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The General & Administrative Expenses and PRCC Controller is responsible for the overall financial management, planning, systems, and controls within the General and Administrative (G & A) department. The G & A and PRCC Controller ensures profitability and efficient financial operations within Stellantis by managing costs, establishing financial policies, tracking all expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- A postgraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field would be advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

- Financial Management Skills: Proficiency in creating financial reports, directing investment activities, and developing strategies and plans for long-term financial goals.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data, forecast future trends, and make decisions based on financial analysis.
- Leadership Skills: Capable of leading a financial team and driving them towards achieving the financial goals of the organization.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial reports and strategies to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure all financial reports and forecasts are accurate and compliant with financial regulations.
- Computer Literacy : Proficiency in financial management software and other relevant computer applications like Excel, SAP, etc.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and achieving financial goals.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in complying with financial regulations and standards.
- Understanding of the automotive industry trends and market dynamics is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in managing financial projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring financial efficiency.
- Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and making recommendations.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the overall financial operations within the G & A section.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analyses.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control.
- Prepare and present financial reports monthly by division and cost centre covering actual vs. forecast and budget. This included mandatory monthly cost control meeting with heads of departments.
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts. Implement and maintain reporting systems to monitor the performance against them.
- Coordinate with other department managers to understand and manage costs and operations.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filings with regards to Production Rebate Credit Certificate (PRCC) and analysis and reporting of such.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage internal controls.
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
